" Just purchased a 2011 Tri Glide ,our third Harley we have owned. Our salesman Keith Grisafo (outstanding) , Jeff in Parts (unbelievably helpful) , Service Deptment had the bike looking great for us. There was a small situation we were not happy with , the guys in service took care of it "no problem".
